1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Roofline app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Roofline Provides
Roofline provides property search across multiple countries, a mortgage affordability calculator (Wallet), a secure document vault, and messaging with agencies, agents, brokers, and solicitors. Estimates provided by the Wallet calculator are indicative only and do not constitute a loan offer, pre-approval, or guarantee of mortgage eligibility.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Document Vault
Documents you upload to the Vault are encrypted at rest and are never shared with anyone unless you explicitly initiate a share action. Solicitor/professional document sharing is a feature we are still building -- initiating a share today only records your request internally and does not yet send your documents anywhere.
5. Third-Party Listings and Agencies
Some listings are provided by independent real-estate agencies partnered with Roofline. Roofline is not a party to any property transaction and does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party listing data.
6. Limitation of Liability
Roofline is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on estimates, calculations, or listing data provided through the app.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
